  • Seventh: Not to have more than one case at the same time unless it does not exceed the debt ceiling specified by the committee.
  • Eighth: If the previous conditions are met, the person concerned shall submit a letter requesting assistance explaining his circumstances with evidence such as a court ruling or a conciliation report and a copy of the execution order to the party with the number and address of the executor and the person against whom he is executed.
  • Ninth: The case is fully studied by the committee, and the submission of the application is not considered an approval of the request to relieve the distress until after the study, settlement, fulfillment of conditions and the final response by the committee.
  • Tenth: An application that does not meet the conditions will not be considered.
